The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) helps communities and enriches lives by uniting the industry in grants, volunteer service and leadership.

Our vision is to enhance the integrity and reputation of the insurance industry by advocating social change through charitable giving and community engagement and as a leading voice on critical community issues.

We do this by:

• Helping people and local communities thrive by awarding grants to nonprofit organisations that meet critical community needs in areas of education and social mobility. 
• Connecting companies with the charities we support and creating a platform for leadership in CSR to help companies amplify their community impact. 

• Presenting a unique way to make a difference through year- round volunteering opportunities and the annual Week of Giving.

• Providing employees with unique opportunities to volunteer, make a difference and expand their network with a sense of purpose.

• Bringing together leaders who believe the Industry can be a force for social good through our Board of Directors and Associate Board of young professionals.

•  Holding events that advocate leadership, social mobility and diversity while raising valuable funds for grants.
