   1. To enter the giveaway entrants will need to purchase a FOR GOOD CAUSES Digital Gift Card from www.forgoodcauses.org between Monday 3rd December 2018 and Monday 24th December 2018
   2. Please note that by entering this giveaway you agree to a complete release of Gift Clous from all liability in connection with this competition
   3. The winner will be selected randomly from all entrants.
   4. The winner agrees for their email data to be shared with FOR GOOD CAUSES so that the prize can be awarded.
2. When to Enter and Who can Enter
   1. The Free Prize Draw opens on Monday 3rd December 2018 and closes on Monday 24th December 2018.
   2. The Free Prize Draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding anyone related or professionally connected with FOR GOOD CAUSES
   3. Automated or bulk entries from third parties will be disqualified

   2. The Prizes are as stated and they cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services.

   1. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. By entering the Free Prize Draw, you agree that FOR GOOD CAUSES and/or Gift Cloud may contact you in relation to the Free Prize Draw
   2. Free Prize Draw winners will be contacted by FOR GOOD CAUSES and/or Gift Cloud. You must provide accurate contact details on notification. On being contacted, the winner may be asked to provide evidence that they are over 18

      3. any act or default of any supplier, which are beyond FOR GOOD CAUSES reasonable control

   4. You agree to indemnify FOR GOOD CAUSES against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of your agreement with FOR GOOD CAUSES
7. Jurisdiction
   1. The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
